Vadim Gippenreiter was born in 1917 in Moscow, Russia. His name has become a legend a long time ago, and his works have been recognized as classic master pieces. He is regarded as a founder of nature photography and the greatest representative of a Russian school of Artistic Landscape Photography. He is also the author of 35 books and photo books published in Russia and abroad, hundreds of publications including the editions such as Stern, GEO, National Geographic. His works have been presented at a dozen exhibitions in Russia, England, Czech, Austria, Hungary, and France.
