Katsutoshi Ito
Born in Osaka, Japan in 1937. Based on Sagami bay in Kanagawa, Japan where is internationally known for its diversity of marine organisms, he has observed them from a fixed point and introduced on multiple newspapers and magazines.
He is the Anima prize winner of 1988.
